Terms and Conditions

Uploading your images
By uploading your images to Oxford Design & Photographic Ltd. (further referred to as ODP Ltd.) you agree that your order may be started immediately and therefore a cancellation policy does not apply. We respectfully suggest that you keep a copy of your images, that in the unlikely event your files are lost or damaged we can ask you to upload them again to us.

Acceptance of orders
All orders are accepted on the basis that they are of no commercial value. Your files must not contain images that are indecent, offensive, obscene, or depict harm to children. Your images must not be copyright unless you are the copyright holder. Proof may be required. ODP Ltd. reserve the right to return any orders they feel are not in accordance with our terms and conditions.

Payment
Payments are made by your credit or debit card via our secure e-payment server at the time the order is placed. All prices are in GBP (pounds sterling), include VAT and Postage and Packing to the U.K. Postage to European countries will be charged at £2.50. You agree that you are the authorised owner of the credit or debit card used for any transaction with ODP Ltd.

Privacy Oxford Design & Photographic Ltd. will not pass on any of your details to any third party. Your email address may be stored so we can send you details of future promotions and special offers. Your images belong to you and will in no way be saved or used after your order has been despatched. Your images will not be passed on to any third party.

Confirmation
You will receive confirmation of your order being placed by email as well as confirmation of your secure payment.

Shipping and Handling
We will make every effort to despatch the same day all orders placed before 2pm. Your orders will be sent via Royal Mail using the 1st class mail service.

Cancellations and Returns
See (uploading your images) above for our cancellation policy. If you for any reason are not completely satisfied with your order simply return it to Oxford Design & Photographic Ltd. 122a London Road, Headington, Oxford OX3 9ED and if it is within our power to rectify the problem, we will free of charge. If you prefer you can call ODP Ltd. on 01865 769606 to discuss any query that you may have.
